Fitness Trainer

Biography:

Sean has been involved with health and fitness over the last four years. He was an intern for Weber State University Strength and Conditioning. Soon after he received his B.S. in human Performance Management and a minor in Nutrition from Weber State University. Sean has been fortunate enough to be an athlete and assistant coach for Weber State Weightlifting. He has a broad understanding for Strength and Conditioning for Olympic Sports after an internship with the University of Utah. He loves spending time in the outdoors hunting, fishing and camping.
